Cancellation Policy
IIDC may be cancelled by the organisers in case of adverse circumstances. As far as possible registered participants will be given sufficient prior notice. However, the management does not hold responsibility for any loss caused due to the same. Registrations are non transferrable. If the participant is unable to attend after registration then the following cancellation policy will apply:

Refund of Registration Fees will be made as follows:
Up to 90 days prior to the conference-50% refund
Up to 60 days prior to the conference-25% refund
Less than 60 days prior to arrival-no refund
